Quality Manager Job

A Quality Manager is needed in Alexander City, Alabama.

• Manage daily operations of quality control team in manufacturing of automotive parts, such as EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) coolers, tubes, oil coolers, and ATF (Automatic Trans-mission Fluid) warmers.
• Oversee quality control procedures to maximize quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Evaluate and analyze production samples and test results to resolve quality matters and to enhance product quality.
• Implement and develop quality control procedures in production lines to enhance quality and to achieve production goals.
• Monitor quality control process to identify quality problems and recommend solutions to re-solve.
• Make determination for purchasing of raw materials and other necessary parts by overseeing quality inspection and sampling procedure.
• Manage quality assurance activities by tracking defects, test results, and reports of quality claims.
• Confer with engineering and production department to ensure adherence to client’s quality requirements in production process.

Bachelor’s Degree (in any field of study) and 2 years of managerial experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
