Quality Engineer Job

Develop and improve quality control systems to ensure consistent production quality for an automotive parts manufacturing company. Research, compile, and analyze operational, maintenance, production, materials, or other data, using statistical data analysis methods, to ensure consistency and validity of production quality. Develop quality work instructions to ensure conformance to manufacturing and quality requirements. Support internal and external quality audits as deemed appropriate by quality managers. Monitor and analyze reliability test procedures to improve the test’s accuracy. Research quality improvement solutions by analyzing nonconforming products, customers’ complaints, and manufacturing requirements. Participate in quality improvement meetings with quality technicians and managers in order to develop quality specifications and eliminate possible quality problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
• 2 years of experience in quality control in the automotive industry
