Quality Engineer Job

Quality Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

· Create and maintain quality documentation, including 1st article inspections, specifications, and statistical reports.

· Review and update SKUs, breaking them into compliance groups based on manufacturability and quality standards.

· Develop clear, concise documentation outlining vendor expectations, requirements, and quality standards to ensure compliance.

· Implement remediation processes for non-conformance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

· Conduct thorough reviews of documents to ensure adherence to regulatory and company-specific standards for manufacturability.

· Identify opportunities for documentation improvements and implement process changes to enhance quality control processes.

· Ensure the standardization of quality processes across all stages of production through effective documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance.

· Must have good interpersonal, communication (both written & verbal), ability to create detailed documentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Perform work with minimum supervision and have the ability to prioritize tasks.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Management or Engineering and Operations Management
