Quality Engineer Job

A Quality Engineer is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Develop and analyze quality validation plans, process, and flows to determine validation and quality control standards for manufacturing of automotive parts, such as front and rear assembly, rear carrier assembly, half-shaft assembly, and cross grove joint for propeller shafts.
• Prepare, maintain, and review safety and quality validation and compliance documentation for production process and ensure finished products meet clients’ quality standards and engineering requirements.
• Conduct and perform validation and qualification test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines for better quality of finished products.
• Evaluate and review detailed operation specifications and characteristics to determine the most effective validation process and to increase productivity.
• Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality validation process to ensure quality control of final products.
• Research current industry trends and technologies and ensure to maintain validation principles to provide improved validation processes in manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
