Quality Engineer Job

A Quality Engineer is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Develop and analyze quality validation plans, process, and flows to determine validation and quality control standards for manufacturing of automotive HVAC systems and parts.
• Prepare, maintain, and review safety and quality validation and compliance documentation for production process and ensure finished products meet clients’ quality standards and engineering requirements.
• Conduct and perform validation and qualification test of newly develop production process or equipment to develop validation process in production lines for better quality of finished products.
• Evaluate and review detailed operation specifications and characteristics to determine the most effective validation process and to increase productivity.
• Identify the core causes of defects from the production samples and modify the quality validation process to ensure quality control of final products.
• Research current industry trends and technologies and ensure to maintain validation principles to provide improved validation process in manufacturing operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
