Required Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in software engineering and application development.
Strong expertise with the MERN Stack:
MongoDB
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Proficiency in:
Python
TypeScript
JavaScript
Java
Experience designing and deploying scalable APIs, integrations, and web services.
Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
Strong understanding of databases, system architecture, interfaces, and application development methodologies.
AI & Modern Development Experience
Experience with AI-native development tools and workflows, including:
Cursor
GitHub Copilot
Claude Code
MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
Practical experience developing and integrating Generative AI solutions.
Experience implementing RAG architectures and AI evaluation frameworks.
Development Tools & Technologies
Minimum 5 years of experience working with:
IDEs: VS Code, JetBrains Suite
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Package Managers: npm, yarn, pip, Maven, Gradle
Containerization: Docker
