Quality Cost Estimator Job

Prepare and analyze total cost estimates for manufacturing and projects, including product quality costs and cost-efficiency evaluations for an automobile seat frames manufacturing company. Analyze and calculate comprehensive cost estimates for the time, materials, labor, and overhead required for quality assurance and control activities. Review product specifications, blueprints, technical documents, and process flow diagrams to identify cost components and potential quality-related risks. Collect and analyze historical data, including past quality-related costs, production times, and material expenses, to develop and refine cost models for current or future products. Prepare detailed cost statements, expense reports, and comprehensive estimates regularly for management's use in planning, scheduling work, and making informed bidding decisions.
