Job Duties
• Supervise and oversee the activities of employees working as sheet metal workers who form, shape and repair sheet metal parts.
• Streamline and coordinate the activities of various operational divisions.
• Hire and train new employees in sheet metal and other production duties.
• Analyse the operations and prepare progress reports to management regularly.
• Order metal and other construction supplies as required.
• Resolve any work related issues if required.
• Ensure that the end metal products meet all safety and quality standards.
