Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed product quality inspections using precision measurement tools
• Analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with engineering and customer standards
• Conduct mechanical testing, including fatigue and durability tests on components
• Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements
• Support the maintenance and calibration of gauges, molds, and inspection equipment
• Participate in mold and tool inspections, and report abnormalities or inconsistencies
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Practical experience in a Quality Control or Production Technology role preferred
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for defect reduction
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective in both independent and team settings
