Quality Control Manager Job

A Quality Control Manager is needed in Montgomery, Alabama.

• Manage overall quality control operations in manufacturing automotive door systems and modules.
• Develop and improve quality control procedures to maximize quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety for manufacturing activities.
• Evaluate and analyze production samples and quality test results to resolve quality matters and enhance finished products’ quality.
• Monitor quality control process to identify system malfunction and modification to enhance quality and achieve production goals.
• Review testing and inspection of prototypes and finished products to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Oversee quality inspection results and product sampling process to determine changes on raw materials, product design, manufacturing process and other necessary parts.
• Confer with engineering and production department to ensure adherence to client’s quality requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
