Quality Control Manager Job

Manage quality assurance protocols for a bakery and dessert production line to ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal specifications. Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality control technicians engaged in testing and inspecting raw ingredients and finished products. Analyze quality control data and production metrics to identify trends, deviations, or potential areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. Develop and implement inspection procedures for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished desserts to minimize waste and ensure product consistency. Oversee the documentation and reporting of quality audits, laboratory results, and regulatory compliance records. Coordinate training for personnel on quality control systems, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• 2 years of managerial experience in quality control or assurance in the bakery and dessert manufacturing industry
