🎯 What You'll Do:
✅ Inspection Expertise: Conduct FA inspection processes and ensure alignment with manufacturing instructions and product documentation.
✅ Data Management: Accurately scan and input information into the DGS system for seamless tracking.
✅ Quality Assurance: Verify component accuracy, polarity, solder joints, missing parts, and values using advanced tools like micrometers and optical equipment.
✅ Collaboration: Support and implement deviation documentation to maintain compliance with quality standards.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table:
🔧 Experience: 3–5 years in SMT Quality Assurance/Inspection processes, focusing on PCBA and electro-mechanical components.
🔍 Technical Skills: Proficient in feeder verification, polarity checks, solder joint inspection, and component value verification. Familiarity with IPC-610 criteria is a must!
🤝 Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
🖥️ Tech-Savvy: Confident in using computers, documentation systems, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools (a plus!).
