Job Description:
Quality Control Analyst
Job Duties:
• Analyze in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished photovoltaic products to ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Interpret test results and make recommendations based on ecological sustainability and product appropriateness for release.
• Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory equipment used in the analysis of both chemical and bio-based materials.
• Ensure laboratory and production cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform visual and biological inspections of products and materials to identify any deviations from quality and environmental standards.
• Complete and maintain detailed documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and compliance records with environmental regulations.
• Compile, analyze, and report test data, focusing on the environmental impact and quality of the photovoltaic products, and propose improvements based on sustainable practices.
• Monitor production processes and testing procedures to ensure all tests and operations adhere to established environmental and quality specifications, standard test methods, and protocols.
• Investigate and report on quality and environmental discrepancies and non-conformities within the manufacturing process, etc.
