• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or application validation.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect tracking systems, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with mobile, web, or digital platforms is considered an asset.
