Quality Assurance Manager Job

Manage quality systems in grocery operations, ensuring food safety, freshness, and compliance in all departments including perishables, dry goods, and frozen items. Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and display to meet regulatory standards and company policies. Conduct routine inspections and audits of inventory, storage areas, and incoming shipments to detect quality deviations, spoilage, or contamination risks. Coordinate with vendors to maintain consistent product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify issues and implement improvements. Train store-level employees and department leads on best practices for food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and allergen control procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• 2 years of managerial experience in quality control or assurance
