Quality Assurance Engineer Job

Quality Assurance Engineer is needed to perform the following duties :

• Develop end-to-end UI and API test automation (e.g., Playwright, WebDriverIO, Karate, BDD Framework), validating critical user journeys, cross-browser behavior, and RESTful services.
• Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test-bed setup outlining scenarios, success criteria, and edge-case validations, including cross-browser and cross-environment execution.
• Perform SRE responsibilities — configure and validate APIs on monitoring dashboards, define SLAs with engineering teams, and enable service-health tracking, early failure detection, and faster resolution.
• Execute chaos and resilience testing in collaboration with service owners — intentionally degrade dependent services and validate graceful degradation, error handling, and resilient UI behavior under failure.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) automating test execution, regression runs, and pull-request validation to enable shift-left testing
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks as durable engineering artifacts, adapted across future deployments to reduce manual effort.
• Own end-to-end defect management and quality governance for internal and vendor/partner testing — JIRA tracking, prioritization, and serving as a deployment-quality gate.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication across internal and external partner teams — proactively reporting status, risks, and resolutions.

Bachelor Degree is required in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology
