Required Skills:

Seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 7+ years of experience in both manual and automated software testing.
Perform comprehensive test planning, test case development, execution, regression testing, and validation across multiple application releases.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Selenium, TestComplete, Playwright, or similar QA automation tools.
Conduct API testing to validate application functionality, integrations, data flow, and system reliability.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable defect management tools.
Collaborate with Agile development teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support quality assurance activities within structured, compliance-driven, or highly regulated environments.
Apply accessibility testing practices based on WCAG and Section 508 standards; government or public sector experience is strongly preferred.
Contribute to performance testing, release validation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Participate in two client interviews: one virtual technical interview and one coding session; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in government/public sector projects, accessibility testing, performance testing, and regulated environments.
