Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced to support critical systems, including enrollment, eligibility, document management, and workflows. This role focuses on test planning, automation, defect tracking, and quality improvement for enterprise healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA processes
• Perform smoke, integration, end-to-end, regression, and usability testing
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and automation scripts
• Track defects, report issues, and support resolution with project teams
Required Skills and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent QA experience
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Experience creating test cases from business or policy requirements
• 3+ years with Sahi Pro or Selenium
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and QA tools
Preferred Skills and Certification
• Experience in healthcare or Medicaid systems
• Knowledge of X12 / HIPAA EDI transactions
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile environments
Scheduling
• 40 hours/week
• Fully onsite in Columbia, SC
