Job Description:
• Coordinate testing procedure for quality control in manufacturing of automotive parts by providing daily check-ups of testing equipment and keeping records of testing schedule and results.
• Install and maintain quality testing equipment and prepare maintenance reports upon analyses of performance level.
• Conduct quality testing and ensure that all tests are performed according to standards, specifications, or protocols.
• Identify and examine quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Collect, gather, and prepare quality control data for regulatory submissions.
• Participate in internal quality assessment process and quality audits.
• Compare various testing methods to provide feedback on determining purchasing of new parts, materials or testing equipment.
