We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives and lead testing efforts for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing using Cypress, API testing with Postman, and end-to-end validation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor the QA team across manual and automation testing efforts
· Design and implement automation frameworks using Cypress
· Perform API testing and validation using Postman
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
· Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
· Manage defect tracking, test reporting, and release sign-offs
· Ensure best practices in QA processes and continuous improvement

Required Skills
· Strong experience in QA leadership roles
· Hands-on expertise in Cypress automation testing
· Proficiency in API testing using Postman
· Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend validation
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Strong analytical and communication skills
