Required Skills:
8+ years of Healthcare QA experience.
4+ years of experience leading Facets testing projects.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare Claims Processing and Claims Adjudication.
Hands-on experience with Facets Claims and Enrollment modules.
Experience testing HIPAA EDI Transactions:
837 – Healthcare Claims
835 – Remittance Advice
834 – Enrollment
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans and Defect Management.
Experience in Claims, Enrollment, and Billing testing.
Hands-on experience with Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), and Regression Testing.
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and payer systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare payer systems and provider workflows.
Knowledge of healthcare data validation and EDI mapping.
Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
ISTQB or other QA certifications are preferred.
