JOB ROLE: PYTHON DEVELOPER (AI/ML/DS) Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop course materials, including lectures, assignments, projects, and assessments, that cover various aspects of Python programming. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, both in-person and online, to impart knowledge of Python programming concepts, best practices, and industry trends. Collaboration: Collaborate with college faculty and staff to integrate Python training into the existing curriculum and ensure alignment with academic schedules and requirements. Student Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students to help them overcome challenges and succeed in learning Python programming effectively. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Python programming language and related technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of training content. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to course management, such as maintaining records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Collaboration with Industry Partners: Collaborate with industry partners to incorporate real-world projects, case studies, and internship opportunities into the curriculum to enhance students' practical skills and employability.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Django). • Experience in software development, preferably in Python, and familiarity with software development methodologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to students. • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty, and industry partners. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
