Purchasing Specialist Job

A construction company specialized in the construction of EV battery manufacturer such as Korea based LG Solution and related companies; auto parts manufacturer like Hyundai Motors, KIA motors and related companies are looking for a purchasing specialist to;

Duties:
[1] Communicate with our president and customers about technical and mechanical needs for our construction projects;
[2] Communicate and negotiate with construction material suppliers and sub-contractors;
[3] Create and maintain procurement process;
[4] Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications, price, stock inventory; obtain approval from the president;
[5] Research and evaluate sub-contractors and vendors based on price, quality, payment terms, materials, and equipment and report the result to the president;
[6] Produce quarterly budget forecasts related to the cost of all purchased materials and capital items, analyze and review cost effective purchases, and report to the president;
[7] Review, negotiate, renegotiate contracts and administer contracts with suppliers;
[8] Develop a purchasing strategy and plan by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for bid proposals and procurement of goods & equipment; and etc.

2 years work experience in industrial or construction fields AND Korean language fluency, “any suitable combination of education, training and experience are acceptable”.
