Job Duties:
Source and procure aviation parts and components from domestic and international suppliers.
Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts while minimizing overstock.
Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, and establish purchase agreements.
Monitor shipments and delivery schedules, resolving any logistical issues.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Liaise with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and align purchasing with sales activity.
Support business development initiatives in Latin America and Brazil by coordinating with regional vendors and customers.
Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier metrics.
Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and ASA quality standards.
