Purchasing & Materials Specialist Job

• Forecast and plan customer order quantities to maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels (2–3-month stock coverage).
• Place regular and ad-hoc purchase orders with headquarters for CKD procurement, coordinating closely with the global sales support team (Korea HQ / U.S.).
• Communicate CKD and TAI (fabric/raw materials) issues to headquarters and report any production-related exceptions.
• Support headquarters' requests by providing data related to raw material supply, schedule changes, and procurement adjustments.
• Manage fabric procurement for U.S.-based production, ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Monitor inbound raw materials and finished goods schedules, and coordinate delivery timelines with logistics partners.
• Oversee inventory control for the corporation, including cycle counts, stock audits, and phase-out management for discontinued models.
• Review and manage air freight requests, shipments, and related documentation.
• Develop purchasing team procedures, business plans, and operational standards to support process improvement.
• Lead ERP setup and maintain system accuracy as the primary user, including inventory and purchasing data management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least over 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry.
