Job Description:
• Develop specifications and requirements for products the business purchases
• Review cost analyses with management to forecast and propose ordering plans and schedules.
• Issue purchase orders for required goods in a timely manner; follow purchase order procedures to ensure accurate information.
• Follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Report any late shipments affecting production as soon as possible.
• Monitor inventory stock levels in the warehouse.
• Communicate with sales team, review the quality and services of the purchasing goods and decide on term of contracts
• Be responsible for selecting high quality vendors and suppliers with quality goods and service, making sure inventory availability as well as maintaining effective, reliable supply chain
• Be responsible for recruiting, guiding, training and assessing team members to maintain staff competence

Job Requirements:
• College Diploma
• At least 2 years of management experience
• knowledge in international importing and exporting field would be a plus
