Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator Job

· Overview shipping/receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of merchandise
· Regularly collaborate with sales and buying team members to address and resolve discrepancies with codes and prices
· Ensure that shipping documents are provided on time to avoid shipment delays
· Prepare and submit detailed reports of the stock and schedules for the replenishment of stock, the costs of the inventory, forecasting, physical space for inventory, and valuation
· Ensure that shipping documents are provided to avoid any delays in receiving shipments
· Monitor transportation and clearance process through final and release delivery

· Completion of secondary school is required
· 1 year of experience in a relevant inventory control role
· Demonstrated logistics/import/customs experience
· Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: primarily with Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal ERP software

BENEFITS AND SALARY
· Permanent, full-time position
· $34.10 per hour for 30 hours of work per week
· Occasional overtime may be required with applicable pay after 44 hours of work per week
· Work location: 10 Planchet Rd, Unit 16, Concord, Ontario L4K 2C8
