Salary: 40.90 hourly / 35 hours per week

Job Duties:

-Procure retail merchandise, store equipment, and operational supplies necessary for daily store and fuel station operations.
-Identify stock requirements and prepare detailed purchase orders based on inventory levels and sales trends.
-Source reliable suppliers, request quotations, and compare pricing, product quality, and delivery timelines.
-Negotiate purchase agreements, delivery terms, and pricing to ensure best value for the establishment.
-Track incoming shipments, manage inventory records, and resolve discrepancies with vendors or delivery partners.
-Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted store operations.
-May oversee and train store's staff for inventory control, receiving, and shelf stocking.

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

-Determine contract terms and conditions
-Award contracts to appropriate parties
-Establish delivery schedules
-Monitor progress of delivery schedules
-Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
-Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
-Provide customer service
-Internal audit
