Public Relation Specialist Job

Caliam CU LLC seeks a Public Relations Speciaist in New York, NY.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive public relations strategies to promote the “South of the Clouds” brand across print, digital, and broadcast media.
• Draft press releases, media kits, and promotional materials highlighting the company’s restaurants, chefs, culinary culture, and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, media visits, influencer collaborations, and community engagement events to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports evaluating PR campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, food bloggers, industry partners, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across locations.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and assist with content strategy aligned with public relations objectives.
• Research food industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning to identify promotional opportunities.

Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:

• Media relations and press communication
• Strategic brand promotion and storytelling
• Social media management and content creation
• Event planning and public outreach coordination
• Cross-cultural communication and market adaptation
• Writing and editing for marketing and PR materials
• Data-driven campaign analysis and reporting

Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position Public relations specialist, marketing specialist or related.
