PTA Direct Hire Job New Jersey Outpatient and Home Care Job

Location:
Edison, NJ and Piscataway, NJ

Schedule Options:
• Weekday shifts, Monday through Friday
• Evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Weekend availability available
• Combination of outpatient clinic and home care visits

Pay:
• Hourly pay range: $37 to $50, based on experience
• Performance-based productivity bonus

Minimum Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in New Jersey
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience
• PAM Certification required
• Experience documenting in WebPT
• Ability to manage geriatric patients with confidence
• Background check clearance required

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Assist with rehabilitation programs in outpatient and home settings
• Accurately document patient progress in WebPT
• Maintain compliance with state and clinical standards
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
