Psychiatry/ Counselor Job

Position Summary:
The Psychiatrist / In-Home Counselor provides essential, patient-centered care and services either in a
stationary clinic or through mobile travel assignments. The role focuses on rehabilitation, recovery, and
preventive healthcare, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness while traveling to patients’ homes.

Job Responsibilities / Duties:
• Deliver in-home or on-site care and treatment per patient plans
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on wellness and safety practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and privacy laws

Minimum / Preferred Requirements:
• Valid state license or certification for Nevada
• Must obtain and maintain an NPI Number (National Provider Identifier)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, documentation, and independent work skills
• Ability to travel between client locations when needed

Additional Information:
• Travel within assigned Nevada regions is required for mobile positions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist patients safely
• Flexible hours depending on client scheduling
• Work settings include homes, facilities, and clinics
