Job Requirements:
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients of all ages, including children and geriatrics
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions
Provide evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care including PTSD management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation
Manage acute crises through effective crisis intervention strategies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary
Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver mental health services remotely, expanding access for patients in diverse locations
Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment approaches as needed based on data collection and clinical judgment
