- Set up and operate bench instrumentation for the validation programme, covering thermal, electrical and photometric measurement.
- Run thermal testing on the fixture platforms, including elevated-ambient and cold-cycling conditions, and record results against the design targets.
- Instrument and verify the two integral temperature sensors fitted to every unit, and the two thermally independent cooling circuits.
- Carry out electrical safety and surge-protection checks in support of cUL/CSA submissions to UL 1598, FCC Part 15B testing and DesignLights Consortium listing.
- Prepare written test reports and maintain the validation records that the certification submissions draw on.
