Property Manager Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance and repairs, and maximizing occupancy rates and multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record in property management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
- Screen potential tenants and complete background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and deposit returns
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses
- Utilize property management software for data entry and reporting
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate lease terms
- Proficient in data entry and utilizing property management software
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal property management laws is a plus
