Property management operations coordinator Job

Profinsys Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will coordinate leasing activities, manage property records, oversee maintenance requests, and ensure smooth communication between tenants, service vendors, and property owners. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced property management environment.

Job Duties:
• Negotiate and approve property leases on behalf of owners.
• Prepare and manage contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, and other services.
• Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and renovations, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Maintain records of expenses and income and prepare reports; review rents for market accuracy.
• Respond to tenant service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage and process tenant damage deposits according to company policies.
