Goshen Equity is hiring Property Finders to help us locate vacant or distressed properties. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity with no license or real estate experience required. You can work around your own schedule and get paid when we close deals from the leads you submit.

• Drive around your area or browse online listings (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Identify homes that appear vacant, abandoned, or in poor condition
• Submit property details using our simple form
• Our team handles all seller communication, negotiation, and paperwork
• You get paid when the deal closes

• $1,500+ per closed deal
• Plus 0.5% of the purchase price
• Bonus cash for consistent performance
