About the Role:
As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining properties efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
• Negotiating and approving rental and lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
• Preparing and administering contracts for property services, including regular maintenance.
• Coordinating and overseeing property repairs, renovations, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Maintaining records of expenses and income, preparing financial reports to ensure financial transparency.
• Responding to client and tenant issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
