Location: Windsor
Wage: $55,000 base salary + bonus structure + benefits + long term ownership options
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize portfolio performance
Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities for potential investments
Manage and oversee a portfolio of real estate assets
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
Communicate with investors and provide regular updates on portfolio performance
Assess and manage risks associated with the portfolio

Job Requirements:

5 years experience in real estate property management
Knowledge of real estate rental market, construction cost control, and basic accounting
Knowledge of property management portals and Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Board
