Promotion Strategies Consultant Job

Kranti is seeking a highly skilled Promotion Strategies Consultant to analyze, develop, and implement strategic marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives to support its projects and organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will develop communication and marketing strategies, evaluate and implement promotional programs, and lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and advising on advertising and sales promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

The candidate will also oversee the preparation of communication materials including reports, briefs, and website content, coordinate publicity events and promotional activities, and support online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or related consulting roles
Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communication and marketing strategies
Experience conducting market research, analytical marketing studies, and campaign performance analysis
Ability to advise on advertising, branding, and sales promotion strategies
Experience in digital marketing, including social media, e-commerce, and website promotions
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Drive, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Shopify, WordPress, MS Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
