Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, monitoring project performance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning and initiation through implementation and closeout.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Establish project priorities and ensure resources are appropriately allocated.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and overall performance.
Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Communicate project status, milestones, challenges, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented, assigned, and followed through.
Coordinate project requirements with technical, operational, business, and customer-facing teams.
Manage project documentation, reports, requirements, change requests, and other project records.
Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet established quality, schedule, and performance requirements.
Identify and resolve project issues and escalate matters requiring management attention.
Support continuous improvement of project-management processes, tools, and procedures.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable company policies, contractual requirements, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of project-management or related professional experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with project-management tools and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or another recognized project-management certification.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project-management methodologies.
Experience managing technology, digital transformation, software, or business-process projects.
Experience working with government, defense, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated environments.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors, or external partners.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project-management platforms.
Strong understanding of project risk management, change management, and quality assurance.

Work Arrangement

This position is available as Remote/Hybrid, depending on business requirements and the employee's assigned location.
