Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead accessibility and compliance initiatives aligned with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide efforts to ensure that public-facing digital services, communications, and internal programs meet legal accessibility standards and promote equitable access for individuals with disabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of federal accessibility regulations, digital inclusion practices, and cross-functional program delivery.
The Program Manager will coordinate and implement accessibility audits, develop corrective action plans, and work closely with IT, content, legal, and communications teams to ensure timely remediation. They will also advise leadership on regulatory risks and best practices, manage vendor relationships, and establish frameworks for ongoing accessibility monitoring and training. The candidate must be adept at translating compliance requirements into actionable technical and organizational processes.
