Project Manager Job

HYOUNGWON E&C AMERICA, Inc. is looking for a Procurement manager, and the duties are:
1.Allocate roles and responsibilities to engineering project team members based on their expertise and project needs.
2.Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback to meet deadline.
3.Collaborate with client company to clarify the engineering project goals and requirements.
4.Create and update detailed project plans, including objectives, schedules, resources, and staffing.
5.Monitor project expenses to avoid budget overruns, particularly in engineering-related tasks.
6.Organize and lead meetings to ensure project progress and resolve technical issues.
7.Generate and submit regularly reports to president and headquarters in Korea on the engineering project progress, budget, and costs, etc.

Requirement: At least 5 years of work experience, managerial position in engineering services, High school/GED in Mechanical Engineering Technologists and Technicians and Korean language fluency.
