What You’ll Do:
Lead complex residential remodeling and historic renovations from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and schedules with clarity and care
Keep homeowners informed and engaged at every stage
Monitor budget and material costs, and ensure accurate billing and reporting
Solve problems proactively and with respect for the craft

What You Bring:
5 years of project management in residential construction, with an eye for historical detail
Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend, Smartsheet, Excel, and communication tools
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams
A calm, confident leadership style grounded in experience and empathy
A passion for timeless homes and meaningful work
