We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Implementations to lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects. This role demands deep project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a client-focused mindset to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and client reps.
Use Agile or Hybrid methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive results.
Communicate clearly with C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Ensure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.) are delivered to spec and on time.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in ServiceNow projects.
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow modules in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
