Project Manager Job

Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This role is responsible for leading electronics installation projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, managing logistics for equipment and materials, overseeing inspections and quality checks, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. The Project Manager will prepare project documentation, monitor progress, resolve issues or delays, and collaborate closely with technicians and vendors to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Experience as an expeditor or in expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices for technical or installation-based projects.
Logistics management skills to coordinate resources, scheduling, and on-site operations across multiple projects.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients, vendors, and team members.
Previous experience in electronics, AV systems, construction, or related fields is preferred with emphasis in control 4 and alarm.com
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
