•Job Site Coordination; manage day-to-day activities on site and ensure that the project runs smoothlyand safely from start to finish.
•Closely manage trades through scheduling, meetings and on-site leadership
•Client Interface- meeting with architects, consultants, and clients to manage project issues and maintainpositive working relationships
•Keep a close eye on the budget with relation to the site needs including labour, materials and items thatcan drag out the schedule
•Management of quality control for employees and sub-contractors
•Prepare progress reports and lookahead schedules for superintendents & subcontractors

•10 years + Experience managing field construction in a large stadium (~20,000+ seats) hosting professionalsports.
•Proven track record with thick cut sod on plastic installation or hybrid sod (stitched or carpet-based).
•Expertise in installing complete vacuum/ventilation systems for sports fields, including piping, equipment, andcommissioning (Drain Talent, Subair, Airpat, or equivalent).
•Experience managing accelerated timelines with multiple crews and/or 24/7 operations.
•Knowledge of turf installation over Permavoid or similar geocell panels.
•Experience with quick-turnaround temporary conversions in stadium environments.
•Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
•Strong knowledge of health and safety programs within the general construction industry
•Solid understanding of current construction practices, working knowledge of construction documents,drawings, specifications
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with changes in a positive manner
•Equipment operating experience i necessary.
•Ability to use technology, email and learn software programs as needed
