Plan, direct, and manage multiple construction-related projects, including new development and renovation initiatives. Develop project strategies, timelines, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor project performance, budgets, and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed. Establish and improve project management processes and operational workflows.
