Duties:

1. Project Management & Coordination Oversee and support the project lifecycle from initiation through completion, including preconstruction, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and closeout activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, performance standards, and timelines. 2. Communication with Clients and Stakeholders Coordinate with clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, risks, and milestones. Support negotiations, maintain positive relationships, and ensure alignment with customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Budget and Cost Control Contribute to managing project budgets by preparing cost control documents, reviewing costs against budgets, tracking billing cycles, pay applications, and change orders, while ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. 4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution Identify potential schedule impacts such as scope, weather, manpower, and design challenges, and assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies. Escalate and resolve issues as needed to maintain project delivery. 5. Document Control & Coordination Manage and oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, change orders, drawings, and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability throughout the project. 6. Project Closeout Participate in and support the project closeout process, including punch lists, financials, warranties, and final project deliverables, ensuring that requirements are completed and documented before project handover.
