Salary offered: $109,990.00 per year

Duties:

Define project goals and develop plans. • Liaising with the Client to better understand the overall vision for the Project. • Collaborate with architect, designer, and engineers to finalize and approve designs. • Manage production permit and construction set documents. • Familiar with the International Building Code. • Familiar with different construction styles for modern and traditional house design. • Manage project budgets and approve payments. • Hire and supervise subcontractors and workers. • Ensure construction quality meets the standards. • Conduct regular site visits and address any issues promptly. • Review shop drawings as needed during the construction. • Maintain communication with clients and provide project updates. • Identify and manage project risks. • Keep project schedules on track and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Maintain detailed project documentation. • Conduct final inspections and oversaw the handover process. • Incorporate sustainable practices and stay updated on industry trends. • Working knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit. • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) management and production in North America • Intermediate-level scheduling software Primavera or MS Project. • Experience in budgeting and financial management. • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. • Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements. • Two years of experience as a project manager for residential design-build and LEED BD+C certification are necessary
