Job Description:
• Anticipate project needs with sufficient lead time to avoid delays of production.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project.
• Work closely with Job Sponsor and HR team to manage the relationship with staff and craft.
• Coordinate daily /weekly meetings with all the area superintendents and project engineers to develop means and methods, schedule contracting needs and long lead delivery times.
• Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Responsible for project closeout. Secure loose ends by finishing paperwork, obtaining retainages, supporting supervisors, and expediting claims.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Review project estimate or plan to determine estimated job cost, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases
of the project.
• Oversee and approve the monthly job cost updated and quarterly cash flow projections. Review, approve and negotiate change orders.
• Monitor and report the financial progress of the project to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any conflicts that arise
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Ensure that construction activities meet legal standards and quality specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Oversee the testing of materials and workmanship
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government entities, and community groups
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress
• Manage and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
• Ensure project superintendents understand and execute the work as required
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and other legal requirements
• Handle any unforeseen issues and emergencies effectively
• Utilize a variety of tools, including HCSS Estimating & Management, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Cloud Scheduling, Auto-Cad 3D, REVU Bluebeam, AGGTEK, CMiC and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Technology Management or related field.
Experience: 1 year of experience in the position offered or a related position.
Special Skills
Aforementioned 1 year of experience must include use of the following skills:
HCSS Estimating & Management, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Cloud Scheduling, Auto-Cad 3D, REVU Bluebeam, AGGTEK, CMiC and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
